Game glitches I need help!

I’m having a major issue with a glitch that shows up every 5th day. I should be able to collect a free play then start playing but not only will or NOT let me collect, it won’t go away! I have to exit, then reenter through an old coin link to get back in to avoid it showing up but as soon as I try to switch islands, it shows up again. Please can you help? I’ve been dealing with this for weeks! Yes I’ve contacted support, twice. No response.

I definitely would keep trying to contact them. They can get overwhelmed at times with so much traffic. Try taking a screen shot of it when you send in a ticket.

Wouldn’t clearing the data help it?
Logging out …then back in again?

Hi Brenda - ack! That is not fun… have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

Also - if you sent in a ticket, you should have received a response, so check your spam/junk folders in case the response ended up there. :slight_smile:

I have been having a problem for about 2 months now whenever I log on the bonus pops up (for consecutive days played) I clicked the collect button but it doesn’t work. I have to close the game and restart after EVERY game I play unless I’m hitting the next button… so whenever I’m doing volcano I play 1 then close reopen etc I also can’t choose an island to play on due to this so if I want a specific island I have to keep restarting the volcano until I get one there… I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling it did no good can anyone help!!! Also the support email in the menu isn’t correct my emails just bounce back saying bad address and this is off the hyper link and I checked and do have the game on auto update so it is the latest version.

I frequently get ind quests that start at 0, then go away after I play one game!? Am I missing something here? Been playing several years but this just started when you took away club quests.

Did you try going through the help icon on the game app?
