This morning I logged in for Day 749…it took me almost 30minutes to play a tribute round. Why did it take me that long? Because the game/app is so glitchy it’s unplayable. Even writing in chat it shows the letters I’ve typed about 3 seconds after. I force closed the app. Shutdown my phone 2x. Switched WiFi bands and changed over to cellular data. I even did a speed test to see how fast/slow my WiFi was. Everything on my end was functioning just fine. So why am I putting this in forums instead of writing an email to the game people? Because every time I do, they blame me. They don’t read the emails. They provide the steps to do everything I listed above. If I’m writing to a help desk, it is because I have exhausted all other possibles fixes. I’m pretty tech savvy and don’t ask for help a lot. So who else has this experience? Has it stopped you from contacting the help desk because they make YOU feel like it’s YOUR fault. That THEIR app is broken but it couldn’t possibly be THEIR fault…that thousands of people all over the world using different broadbands and speeds are all at fault? Had to get that off my chest. Maybe they will come out with another update soon they will force you to download for a “better” experience.

So much this! The game is jumpy/jerky and very slow. Other games I play have no issues so it has to be Tripeaks, and yet they tell us the same thing everytime we report an issue. Grrrr.

As usual, this is the response I received this am…note how they address the issues…NOT. Everything I said I did was ignored and responded with so exactly what I already did. Can they possibly get people who READ the emails and respond accordingly??? Is that too much to ask???
It sounds like this could be due to a network issue. Your device could be running on a poor or slow wireless signal or obstacles may be causing interference. You can test your network speed here: www.speedtest.net. Please try to play the game physically nearby your wireless router and see if the issue occurs. Additionally, restarting your router may help.
If you are running too many apps in the background, try closing those applications.
You may want to try another wi-fi connection to see if the error occurs.
Note: you may try loading the app on a data connection then turn wi-fi back on once the app is up and running.

Yes, and that devilliers person or whatever is SO RUDE. The only way I’ve gotten things resolved is by replying to their response and even then it’s debatable whether they do anything or not.
I often find the app to be glitchy and jumpy. Have lost many coins to app crashes. Have also tried all your remedies. I usually just abandon the game for several hours then try again. This usually works. I never send in a ticket as the response is rarely helpful. I become discouraged and know I’m letting down my club mates. I vacillate between quitting the game and just pushing through.
I’ve noticed since the last upgrade that it’s even slower and boots me out of the game randomly. I have not received the coins/boosters as listed in their Facebook posts this week. Very annoying.
I used 600 gems to purchase an ancient chest, never got the chest and apparently I never had those gems
All they do is send out form letters. No, they’re not reading them, because if they were, they wouldn’t send a standard form letter telling you to do what you already told them in the original email you have done already.
Form letter #1: Tells you to Force Stop and reinstall.
Form letter #2: Please send us a screenshot (whether that makes sense in your circumstance or not…usually not)

I have had the same experience as you with the support team. Even though I have already tried all the possible solutions for identifying a problem on my end before I email Support, the response is always the same…I can almost quote that form letter now. Once I know the problem is not on my end now I just wait out the glitch… It’s frustrating and time-wasting, but I’m tired of being told it’s my fault. As far as a new update giving us a “better experience” goes LOL! Every new update just seems to increase the glitches for me.

Yes I have had same results from help desk. I have played this game about 3 years. They have never fixed the problem. I’m thinking about not playing any more.
I even close all apps and do a power clean of my system before I play. Worse on another game I play and I can’t play tripeaks on my iPad at all, only my phone
Thank you so much!!! I’ve been going crazy trying all of this with no positive results. I’ve whined to my group, who also has same problem, that I log in, play a round and get bumped off ! I finally just leave. Really enjoy the game…or did, but my frustration level can hardly take it anymore.
I’m having the very same issues and same responses from them.
I even had my high speed internet switched from copper to fibre. Doesn’t get any faster. It’s the game. I fired off yet another note to them to put their brilliant tech heads together and fix this game. It only happens with tri peaks. I’ve spent a lot of money on this game and every time it shuts down I lose boosters coins etc. Quite the gimmick. I’m really fed up with them telling us it’s all our issues.
The game is running very slow and sketchy. It’s been getting worst. I don’t think their servers can handle peak traffic. People play around the word. You know what really hurts when the game shuts down right in the middle of game. With one or two cards left or the worst when loading the total screen and doesn’t pay even though you have finished it. I also notice it doesn’t do that on the first level games as much as when big points are involved

The are like robots programmed to say the same thing over and over and not give u anything.
I regularly tell myself to quit playing.
And sometimes I get a message to check my internet connection but everything else Facebook, news urks, etc, work fine.
