I’m not sure what you mean by OLD account?

Note-if you were never logged into Facebook or Apple ID and got a NEW playing device that account will be lost forever UNLESS, you still have the device and create a Facebook or Apple ID and then log that account into it that is the only way you can play the game on multiple devices. …hope this helps.
