On this xtra perk it says hint: reach level 180 for a gold box . Does the whole team have to be past 180. What if you already are?

It’s the individual player in the club that has to be at least level 180 to use the benefit of the wood to gold portion of that perk.
Assuming the club makes the 125k club points for the special perk, then any club member past level 180 will gain access to that perk benefit.
