Could someone please tell me how to play the expert levels? Do you have to pay for them?

Hey Kwellsy. The expert levels start with 1 and so on. The cost is 1000 coins. I use them to get extra stars. Its a little cheaper and pretty easy

I love the expert levels 
You play them the same way, they are supposed to be a little harder than the other levels. They cost more the farther you go along.

How do I get to the expert levels?
When you click your map to navigate to your islands expert is sitting after the last island you are working on. So furthest scrolled to the right
The only thing I see after the last island I am working on is the next locked island. No bonus levels.
