How do some people accumulate so many club points so quickly? Over 100k club points in less than 24hrs since the restart?!? How is this even possible?

Last thursday before reset, the Expendables had a player with over 1 million club points!
There is more than one club right now with more than 5 million club points; individual players in one club have more than 500,000 points. I have been playing nearly constantly while quarantined and only have 50,000. I don’t understand how they can get that much legitimately and still live life (sleep, eat, housework, etc). Can anybody help me understand this?
