It sure would be nice to actually receive what I purchased. Not one teammates box was double, nor mine, and single coins. Not fair you advertise double and give single.

Several of Our club members bought boxes including myself and didn’t get anything doubled! ;(

My purchase worked as expected. My gift shop said double/double, I know some on fb we’re saying their gift shop didn’t say that yet, even though the got the msge in their news in the inbox.
Id open a ticket with the help though.

I think it is a timing issue. Tell your teammates to make sure it reflects double in the gift before they purchase them.
I’ve recieved 2 medium gift boxes, the 1st one failed. They have tries to send it but for some reason it’s not going through. A member purchased another gift box and it worked fine for me. Be sure you submit that ticked, it’s a widespread problem they are working to fix it
