DOUBLE DIAMOND CHEST REWARD NOT A DOUBLE DIAMOND CHEST

Every time I cash in my gem rewards for the DOUBLE DIAMOND CHEST, I never get the 2nd DIAMOND CHEST . I get a Wood chest instead. Is there a certain time when I should cash in my gems to get the true 2 DIAMOND CHEST rewards?

@Matthew_Schoen, I think you may be misunderstanding. A double diamond chest is 1 chest. You may, however get a chest as part of the reward. You wouldn’t be getting two diamond chests though. I hope that makes sense?

I know what you’re talking about. It’s happened to me multiple times. I’ve reported it and the response was that the double diamond chest is not the same every time but the value = the same. I do not agree and feel very cheated out of gems. I no longer use gems on the chests.

I agree with you that the payoff for cashing gems for the Double Diamond chest is not double of a regular Diamond chest.

The last time I cashed in further DD chest I received 2 wild cards , 5 free games and under 20,000 points.

That’s unlikely, you are guaranteed 3 wild cards for a DD chest, everything else rings true, though that’s a pretty DD bad chest for you unfortunately.

I spent 1400 gems on a double diamond chest. I was so bummed, didn’t even get a wood chest included. The rewards were very underwhelming. I won’t ever make that mistake again. I contacted support and I was just out of luck with getting it reversed.

It gives you an amount that each chest is supposed to be filled with I have never even gotten the minimum amount of coins that it says hypothetically speaking let’s say the smallest of the gold chest gives you 50,000 to 69,000 I’ve never gotten anything close to the minimum anytime I’ve used my jewels or gems to try to come up a bit I never get the compensation that it says we’re supposed to get not one damn time and I have been playing this game for years many years why I don’t know my life doesn’t suck that bad that I need to spend as much time as I spend playing here but it’s become a routine they rip you off left and right and from top to bottom anyway they can
