The dig is taking plays and digs from me and my team members. It freezes during play and after digs are earned souring attitudes towards helping with the dig. Does anyone know why?

A member just lost coins and digs four times due to the game freezing. The dig needs to be fixed. Also I have lost prizes from watching videos.

Make sure you and your players that have those issues, submit a ticket by logging on the game click your profile picture click help and start your ticket there

Iv never had it freeze up but very slow at times,
I have had it kick me off just after I earn shovels but usually if I go right back in my earned digs are there.
Agree with Tracy submit a ticket so they know what’s happening.
