Why has it been so difficult to win for the last couple of weeks. I went from having over 400K coins to just about 100K. That is just to get enough tributes to keep the volcano from erupting. The hands I have been getting are near statistically impossible with most games now coming up with 4 of the same card and multiple 4 of the same card per game. If this was poker, I’d love it, but it’s not and the rewards have gone down too. Why?

I’ve had the same experience. The levels have been changed for a few weeks, the payouts have been greatly minimized. There are stacks because no cards match those on the table. Or there is definitely 1 card left. FRUSTRATING

What’s worse is I am losing players because they are getting too frustrated. They just stop playing.

I literally didnt win a game even the easy ones - and even after buying wilds and coins couldn’t get tributes… its terrible lately. Some games every card showing is the same number and the cards i flip… are one or two numbers on repeat

Sony/GSN is trying to shed itself of players who don’t make purchases. If you make purchases, you tend to keep playing. If you don’t purchase, you’re going to keep losing.

Can’t they just offer the game for $10 or something with limited ads. I would buy it to limit the pop up ads.

I think you’re right! I never purchase anything. It’s a game for my enjoyment but I’m not putting money into it. Nothing in return.

I agree. So many are impossible to win without buy a number of extra cards, using boosters and wild cards galore. Really very frustrating. Had a game where only cards showing were 3’s and 9’s. My cards were only 5’s, 7’s and an Ace. Extra cards were 4 Kings and a Jack.

If paying $10.00 for limited ads was a viable way for Sony/GSN to profit off this game, I think they’d do it. However, they’re business plan seems to be with repeat buyers who buy gifts and coins, as opposed to one-time buyers.

Over the last 3 months I have gone from 8 mil coins to just over 5 mil because it’s nearly impossible to win a game without buying more cards!

I am also having the same problem. I stopped buying the extra stuff because I have to you know feed my family and I am pretty much down to like 10,000 coins. It sucks.

I hope TriPeaks reads this and realizes that making the game unfun to play is hurting people when they need an escape and may not have the funds. Maybe a yearly fee or $5 would be reasonable.

I agree with everyone, impossible to win, four of the same cards on screen, statically impossible yet Customer Service write it off as being random, which is a joke. It’s time for the game management to change the winning percentage or I will be leaving for a different game.

So many are frustrated with the game and lack of response from GSN. Several friends have quit. They make it impossible to win. How many times have you had one card left and have to buy coins or a wild to finish?
Then they say they have no control over the cards. Lol
