My husband and I play on the same team. He gets 15,000 points from friends and I get like 5,000 from the same friends. Anyone know why players don’t get the same friends rewards? Thanks

I think 5,000 is the max you can get in 4 hours.
So how does he get more? thanks
They did a test pilot a while back. New accounts get the lower friend exchange. Old accounts stay on the older version 15k. Which was downgraded from before we used to get 60k in 24 hours.

I’ve been playing for about 4 years. They keep consistently giving less and less rewards. Giving some players 5k every 4 hours while giving others 15k is beyond absurd and totally unfair. I’m guessing they didn’t want to take everyone down to 5k because they knew tons would probably quit.
For maybe a year, they suddenly decided giving a minute amount of gems in chests was a grand idea. This reset, reward cards in 3 of my chests had a puny amount of gems…5 or 9. We used to get coins, wilds or boosters. So 3 reward cards are junk. They just keep getting worse…less payout, impossible games. Will probably quit before long. Too hard trying to compete with others who receive more from the game. I was tossed from game a few weeks ago and had to start over. Someone else on my team, same thing happened. Apparently they want to force us to be aligned with Facebook. Now I only get 5k every 3 hours. That’s a difference of, at least, over 300k per week compared to most others. This is a competition? It’s a joke.
By the way, those ad buttons that show up in wood chests and the popup window asking if you want to watch an ad for 1,000 coins, are a crock. They just delete them from your videos in the shrine area.

I didn’t realise that they are giving different amounts. That’s totally unfair! I get 15k from my friends and I thought everyone got the same.
Have you tried complaining?
The add buttons in the wood chest always give my husband more coins than I get. It’s definitely odd.
Who can you complain too?
Tap on the menu button, top left, and go into the help menu. As far as I can remember there are options to comment or complain. I’ll have another look to make sure.

Yes there is a ‘contact us’ button. Use that to send a message of complaint.

Oh yes. They said something about how they were now giving so many rewards in other areas. Bunch of double talk. So the ones getting 15k aren’t also getting the same rewards? And those Scavenger Hunts are just coin suckers. The dig is absurd…people spend time, coins and boosters in there, and yet the points don’t go to the team. I thought the whole POINT to this game was Solitaire TriPeaks?

On the app. Go into your game and the menu button is top left. It brings up your profile and the help button is on the bottom of that window.

Same with my club. Half us getting 15 and the other half getting 5. Now they’ve started dumping random ads on us but most of the team don’t get them. They are so annoying popping up all the while as your trying to play Tribute games.
