My club completed 6 perks this week. I logged in this morning and they were in my in box. However, when I clicked on it, I received a “sorry but an error occurred”. It was still there so I clicked again and received a msg that said I wasn’t eligible. And then it disappeared and I received NONE of the tournament rewards!
While you are on the game, click your profile picture and than click the help button scroll to the bottom where it says still need help, and follow the instructions from there

Thanks! I did that. They sent a few boosters and wilds but still didn’t get everything I should have. Sigh…
I would resubmit another ticket, you should get everything you earned!
