Didn't get reward from leader board

Hi guys.Does anyone know how can I contact an administrator or staff of the game. My gf didn’t get her rewars from leader board today.

Help tickets are the best way to start that process

Yes @Teamwolves, like Tasha mentioned, the only way to let player services know there was a problem is to submit a ticket. If you haven’t done that or seen where to do that, in the game, tap on menu icon in the top left corner, then on Help, then Contact Us at the bottom of the screen.
