Didn’t receive my weekly chest rewards

I received an error message that said I wasn’t eligible to receive the reward and also one that said an error occurred. I would appreciate getting my 5 wooden chest rewards! I spent real money this week purchasing the team gift box.

What you need to do is log back into the game click your profile picture and click the help button, be specific on what items you lost, the forum is strictly information only, tech support is the ones that will send you your items in your inbox on the game, feel free to click FAQ there is lots of information in regards to the game.

that happened to me before and I sent in A help ticket. They sent me my chests😁

Try and screen shot when ever you can. It helps alot.

Good luck getting them. I have lost a lot of things but support said I got them.

I’ve been there, and I literally nagged them to death lol. I discovered by emailing back in regards to the same ticket, the ticket than escalades to the next level. They even sent me a graph showing I received the items, and yes, It showed true, but right beside it, (this was back when we asked for couns through Facebook) it showed my total did not change, 3 or 4 emails later I did get it, almost 2 weeks, but that is depending if you want to go through all that, I would be persistent!
