I logged in today and should have collected 1 hour of free play…it didn’t work, all I got was my club bonus free plays 
Why were you getting 1 hour of free play? I have never seen anything over 30 minutes of free play? It is best to contact to customer support for issues like this, and honestly I can’t remember email right off. If you go to the game, click on you name, then click on help it will take you right there. Good luck!

Last week it did that to me,on my 30 min FP, I went straight to help ticket b4 playing any games…submitted a pic of my daily bonus screen…they only gave me 10 free plays but it was better then nothing and I didn’t lose daily streak. So I was ok w it.
