How are clubs expexted to complete Club Quests and complete Perks with so many members having connectivity issues?

I know right @Ansie_Opperman? My club is not discouraged though, just a speed bump we know they’ll fix as soon as possible. Don’t give up, and have fun anyway! 
One of my players only got 4 chest instead of 5 an she spends real monies. She goes by Janis in club Dine. Please fix or apologize

Tell your player to report it to Tripeaks. In the game, tap on the Menu button (top left corner), then Help, then Contact us at the bottom of the page.
