Connecting to Facebook?

Hi,
I have a player that would like to join our FB page but when she connects to Facebook it starts her over like a new game. When logging out it takes her back to our team. Can she link her Facebook account with her current game or does she have to start over?

@Sharon_Lindsay, maybe she connected to FB early on, then logged out to play? If not, I would suggest that she submits a ticket so TriPeaks can take a look, see what’s going on, and help her.
