Why, when I have over 60,000 in gifts ready to be collected, do my gifts disappear and I need to send new requests?

Sounds like a game glitch to me, that might even be specific to your device. My help coins haven’t disappeared on any of my accounts, but I have noticed that if I have a glitch on one of my devices, it’s there no matter what account I’m logged into. Do you have another device you can log into your account on to test that theory? (There is a PC version, if you first download an Android emulator)

You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. That has helped me before

I have had the same issue at times. I find if I close the game and come back in they are there once again.

Why is that you can only collect 20 gifts? When you have way more people.
