I asked for coins and I always get a response, no coins were given and it said next coin share is in 4 hrs 16 min? What up with the extra minutes…NOW I ask for coins again and it says next time I can ask is EIGHT HOURS!!! What the heck is going on???

Yeah, another of our players has a 6 hr wait and 3 of us since yesterday ask for coins but no requests are actually sent out so we miss out on all $15,000, hope they fix this garbage because it’s not cool at all!

I agree, me and 1 of my other players have been having trouble with it for the last couple of weeks. She emailed in and they gave her 5000 coins. Poor thing has been shorted probably 20 times that or better in the last couple of weeks. Hope they get it sorted soon

Everyone, please make sure you report all friend center problems to customer service so they know that those in the test group are having problems. They might even compensate you. Write every day if you need to (the squeaky wheel gets oiled! Lol)

Yes true to that CindyLu. I actually went to the app store where i download the app n sent emails to them. Problem there is u gotta keep check from app store for response. But they get back to you quicker than sending from the forum. Just scroll down and hit contact thru email;) worked fast for me!!

What is this test crap in the coin sharing? You all sure know how to suck the fun out of a game. Now I am only able to collect 15k every 8 hours, so you have cut it in half. First the cards are regularly nasty so you can spend 20k on one hand. Then you change the coin sharing system in June and now you change it again 6 months later. We who have been playing for sometime know what you have taken away so lots are quitting your now ridiculous game. I know you have new people starting to play every day, but they have no idea what you have taken away and you just continue with increasing the difficulty. Are you pissed because people have decreased their purchase of coins? Maybe it’s because they are tired of your tyrant behavior of this game. How much money do you need to make? Your club quests are a joke…one wild card for 1,080 red stars. Wow, what a giver you are. A great percentage of players dislike the scavenger hunt. I refuse to play it. You don’t seem to listen to your playing community. The number of ads we can watch have been cut in half. If you want to sell a game for money then you need to sell it in a store like for video gamers. Oh, but wait this game wouldn’t sell to make any money because there is no action to it like gamers like so you just keep screwing us. You all are being jerks. You make the game challenging enough why keep upping it. It’s really no fun anymore and not worth my frustration. I like a challenge, but it is getting above and beyond challenging. While I realize these coins are gifts, you continue to take your gifts back and expect us to like it. I’m seeing a lot of people who don’t like it, and you liable to lose your die hard people. Seems like a risk tyrants are willing to take.

The complaints of the 8 hr club…we have 3 or 4 of us on 8 hr, one has every 4 hrs but only 3 friends are allowed to send coins.
Seems the game makers are trying to see which one will get us to spend real money on their game just to play. I mean, it’s always about the money, right?!?
I’ve never spent money to play an online game and I’m not about to start now! This won’t be the first online game I’ve walked away from because the game makers are greedy MFers!

Curious, are we all test group people that have not paid any money for the games? I know I have not spent a cent.
No, I asked your question to my group and it doesn’t apply. Some have bought and are in the test group and some have never bought and are not in the test group.
I put a ticket in to say they are cheating my players test or no test. I recieved a thank you for your patience while we test methods. Grrr

No, they are using that as an excuse to stop people from getting coins from coinshare.
They are liars.
If you have not spent any money, get out of this greedy, unfair “game”. It’s just not worth it.
It was changed and nobody is liking it… I’ve started setting my alarm on my phone so I can take advantage as much as possible
