Hi, posted months ago about our club’s INActive leader. The Admins stepped in, posting note that they would step in if Leaders don’t respond or play within a week or two. L’s never logged in, so A’s appointed a New Leader, thank God. Well, even though we are a casual, have fun, no stress club, we only have 7-11 players active most of the time. The other team players might play once in 45-60 days, which is making it real hard on completing Club Quests, Tributes, Events, & club free-gifts, ect. I liked the fact that our team is super-layed-back, but when these Leaders post notes as team rules, they should abide by their own rules posted!?!? Ya think🤔Plz help, I really like our team & think maybe our new leader might need a nudge or suggestions on making good on rules, or kicking the Super-Slackers off so our team can continue to grow a little more points, ranks, & Perks. Since our new Leader was appointed from a team player. Any suggestions?!?!?!
@Tracy_Hawks Even casual clubs want the fun of completing club quests etc. When there are so many inactive players, I know it makes that difficult. Are there club rules for removal after X amount of days inactive? Perhaps your new leader will remove these members and set some guidelines. I know there are MANY clubs, perhaps it’s time to find a new club more in line with your playing style. I changed clubs early on for the same reason, and have never been happier. Good luck!!!
Thanks, yes our new leader rearranged the perk order, tweaked a rule or two, posted that non-active players would be purged at end of week at changeover. Leader has had status now 2 months, give or take. I kept thinking, ok maybe next week will be better, not happening, but why have rules posted if not acting upon them?!?!? Not Right! Should have to unpost rules or act on them. Guess it’s time to find a knew club. Appreciate your feedback, have a good 1:+1:
@Tracy_Hawks have you asked the new leader in club chat about removing the inactive players? Or suggested that they be removed since it’s been longer than the X amount of days? Maybe the new leader needs some encouragement from within the club.
My suggestion is you find a new club! Sounds like you’re a good player, laid back or not. There are MANY clubs out there that would love to have you. If my team wasn’t full I’d ask you to join Mayhem-A-Go-Go.
Yes as a matter of fact, another team player engaged chat asking if our leader would consider dropping the 17th place and up=no response at all. I was the only one who responded to this other team player, agreeing with her suggestion. Week after week, no chat, no club gifts, no Team input, morale, atmosphere whatsoever. The only time our leader has engaged in chat is when he was made leader, posted rules, rearranged perk order & never heard from him again.
Yes we 3 total (that’s including a new member who joined & quickly left the club) after I responded to her questions about booting the non-active players. Thanx for responding though.
I agree Layla, & thanx. As a matter of fact I quit that team the next day after posting & I don’t regret leaving. I should have done that to begin with.

We’re called the Virgoland II. Not sure of the league your in but where currently in Stone league and looking like we might make Gold. We usually dwindle from Stone to Gold and average 3 to 4 perks. Im a co-leader. We’re pretty chilled with idle time as long as when you first play you dont idle long… and play if not daily as least every other day. More than welcomed to join us. The only time ppl are really removed is if they idle too long and were not making the perks and too long is usually 20+ to 60+ days unless you say youll be off for a while… Then we wont… But when someones been on and put effort in our club we wont jst get rid of them for a few days idle. Some ive left for 100s of days because they had been in for almost a yr.
Again more than welcomed if you dont take Gi gi up!
