When I went to collect my daily club bonus today, it said I was not eligible and it disappeared. No red star booster, no wood chest, no 1000 coins or free plays or other boosters. Is there anything I can do to fix this??
I’ve had that happen a few times. Contact the Help Desk - they can check that you didn’t receive it, and send it to you.
Thanks it was early I couldn’t remember how to put in a ticket, but I figured it out Z I woke up more, lol. Thanks again.
This happens to me all the time. The last time it happened the help desk tried to tell me I did receive my bonuses, which wasnt true because it happened on a red star double prize weekend and I never received my red stars. It happened to me this morning and I am mad because who knows if I will get my bonuses.
