Anyone else experiencing lagging screens while playing a level? All my other screens in the game navigate smoothly, but the gameplay screen on every level lags when you tap a card. It slows down the game, makes it harder because there’s no speed or rhythm. This just since the Christmas card covers have shown up. Thanks for any feedback!

Mine has been this way for a few weeks.
Iv off loaded the app and reinstalled and have the latest update…
Iv also noticed dead spots on the screen…like I can’t get the card I want.
Also very glitchy, slow loading, kicking out a lot.
Very disappointed…Iv reported it and they say they are running tests it should all be fixed soon, …(but we’ll see)
Hi Tasha! I’ve had spots where I can’t select the card as well…thought it was my iPad! I have a request in so we’ll see what the tiki gods say…

Yes i have the same issue but took notice it was only a couple different levels. Not a constant but it is weird right?

I’d suggest any glitches, lags, etc, put in a help request in the game itself to let them know it’s happening. Doing it in the game also ties it to your account.

Yes n when i have a problem i go to the playstore n scroll down n send an email from there. But u have to go back to playstore n look at your emails every couple days.

Thanks Terbaer, they suggested I uninstall and reinstall and that helped make it play better!

I have experienced the same problems and I am told to delete the game and reload it!!! Nothing helpsI am told it’s me not the game and I have also been told to record myself playing because it’s my fault not their game

Oh wow that’s a new one I haven’t heard yet,…record yourself playing…but I guess it makes sense because every time Iv sent proof of a glitch it’s gone like ASAP…but if I can’t get a picture I get some scripted BS excuse. Yah rebooting hasn’t helped anything

Yes and have lost so many coins, cards, totems, trkvites, and wins tossing me out of game at last can secknd. I have lost countless amt of all of these and of course coins for card clips in ea.game. Also freeze up to get tossed to a blue screen with message bout game ipdate. Every time. AIm is a game and loss everything out in. Not ONE.REPLY OR KTEMS BACK FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. YET I’ve put some 25k into game in 6 mlnths.
Still cannot find where my free coins are at on this website everyday. They owe me 6 no worth after nine of help tickets get reply. Still no crate from 250wild add donation and still no reply from customer service. Anyone start a class action suit yet? To get lost promised items?!
Not getting my daily streak bonus. This is the second time in two weeks. The new in between adds are wasting time when you have a 30 minute free play. Not liking the game lately. Was just asked if no am enjoying the game. I hit no and asked if I would like to give feedback and was directed to this link which was hard t o find a spot to give the feedback. Too many glitches with the new up dates. Very few wins lately too
