I got a new phone and wanted to transfer my progress from my game. I read on the FAQ You can only carry over your progress the first time you sign in with Facebook. From that point on, all your Facebook devices will share the same saved progress. But when I log on with Facebook my progress does not carry over. Am I missing a step?

Sounds like you did it all right. When I got my new device, I downloaded the Solitaire game app, opened it, I logged onto my Facebook account, and everything was there and in fact, is it safe to assume that you used your Facebook account for the game on your old device?
