I opened a support ticket but still haven’t heard a thing. Yesterday I received an apology popup about my orb progress being reset but that it was restored - the week before it was a red star error.
I find my game freezes but I hadn’t lost anything . If it’s been a few days since you placed your ticket make sure you reply to the ticket submission asking for an update, using the original ticket # is important in the reply email.
