My club is not competitive at all, which is okay, but no one chats, people don’t follow the rules, they don’t even do the simplest things like unlock the free club gift box! I won’t kick members out that play daily, but after a few days of inactivity (sometimes as many as a week), I will, but I really hate doing so. I understand people have lives & can’t play daily, so I’m easy with that. But, what I’m looking for are members who want to join & help me change the culture to be more engaged, chat, etc. if you’re interested, please join. I always have 1 or more openings.

Honestly, if you want people to join you’re going to have to be more strict with the rules. No offense, but nobody wants to fight to get quests done only to have others disappoint and then they don’t reap the rewards. My suggestion would be to have even minimal rules to be followed and stick by them! Believe me… if you start booting people for lack of play, others will see that and step up to the plate… and if they don’t, you boot them too until you have a team that plays.

If you want to join a fun team look at “sit back & relax.” Reasonable minimums and we always complete perks early enough to enjoy the benefits for 3-4 days. We chat and support each other.

I hear you & I’ve tried that too & end up with the same inactive players. Really good team for a while, but for some reason the strong players (with millions of club points) went idle for a long time & I had to boot them. I haven’t been able to build it back & I’m not ready to let this club go & join another one. Thanks for the advice Tiah323.
