I’m having issues in the FREE COINS AND MORE section.
The ads crashed on me today after watching 1 ad and I haven’t been able to watch any more since. I press the button over and over and nothing happens. I close it and reopen and it says ads are unavailable right now. I also can’t click on the Treasure shrine or the ask friends.
I’ve tried restarting iPad,
I’ve tried signing in and out of Facebook.
Tried turning Wifi off and on.
Nothing works!!! Any suggestions?

@Jennuk, & @Shaunna67, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? You won’t lose any game progress by doing this.
I would try that first, and if that doesn’t help, then send a help ticket to player services. To do that, in the game, tap on your profile/menu icon (top left corner), then Help, then Contact Us at the bottom of the screen & fill out the form.

Thanks. It appears my son had Installed an ad blocker 
feeling very silly now. 
All sorted and working again.
