Is anyone else having issues with watching ads and collecting coins? It appears it’s had issues for about a week. Maybe after the last update?

Yes not had ads for 4 days.got hold of customer service.They told me to reboot,well I’ve done that over and over.

Hi today is third day that I have gotten the maximum ads. Posted. I haven’t even gotten any ads or wild cards. How can this be fixed?

Unfortunately from what I understand from the update has messed the ad watching up, they are working on a fix, so hopefully soon this will be resolved, I have also had this problem since the update

I’ve rebooted over and over. Still doesn’t work. Hadn’t been right since update almost a week ago. Update to fix “bugs.”

They should come us some coins for all of the ads we haven’t been able to watch to get coins during these days…

Did they not offer to comp you some coins?? This is really irritating. I’ve been experiencing it for 4+ days now…

No no offer.kept telling me to reboot.
Hope they do something soon.
Lost 6 wild cards let alone the coins.

Unfortunately they don’t, I had sent a ticket in a few times mostly because I wanted the wild card, the same reply I had gotten was ads are not guaranteed, so no compensation

Add me to this list. Hopefully they figure it out soon. I think if I delete the app I lose everything. Or it doesn’t fix it anyway.
I’ve had that trouble for MONTHS! Sometimes, I hv to reload to be able to collect for 1st ad &, when I try to watch subsequent ads, there are NO available ads. Especially galling when this crops up just minutes before a daily quest ends & I’m ONE play short of completing quest…& then there’s times when we cn’t complete quests like collecting tributes coz “luck of the draw” hasn’t given us more couple tributes in 5…after waiting–what? an hr?–for more tributes to seek. As I write this, am abt to go to expired tribute quest I wz unable to complete (had 20/30) coz I wz out of coins, unable to view even 5 ads, & had to get sleep after 20-hr day. “Luck of the draw?” Give me a break! I may be a tech idiot but not so dumb as to believe computers are cn outdraw odds.
I had that problem for 4 days. I contacted the techs they told me to uninstall the game & reinstall. It did the trick. They did not give compensation for points lost. Good Luck!
Yes over 4 days nothing. I believe they were upgrading the game not letting us know, when asking for help advised to delete app and reinstall. 4 days later.
Yep, have had same problem. Rebooting helped some. Still get bumped out of expert level. Ad problem isn’t as bad.
I too am having issues with watching ads & collecting coins from the ads. Help Please!!!
Some people have reported that instead of just rebooting, uninstalling and reinstalling the app has fixed the ads issue for them.
For months now, it will only let me see 3 ads, then “Ads not available” . I have to keep trying later in day. Sometimes can’t get them all because won’t let me. But hey, they’re stinking pop-up ads always work, right?

I can only watch 3 ads and it says basically no more at this time. It is VERY rare that I go all the way to get a wild card, even more rare to collect after the wild card.
