Must communicate, actively participate in team quests, earn 20K club points or 200 tributes weekly. Max idle without prior notice is 24 hours. I recently removed 2 players for not adhering to club rules then 2 more quit because we weren’t earning our team quests. When club is full and players are adhering to minimums, we’re a solid platinum team. Currently gold level due to being down players.
