For some reason, when I tapped on the collect perks rewards button it told me that I had received my rewards. I did not receive even 1 coin or reward. Help please!!!

Definitely put a ticket in.
Every now and then I do get a glitch, tap the perk to open it opens but I see nothing comes out. I did notice though even though the visual is not there, my coins and boosters were added. This has been on going for me for well over a year now.
