I have received jewels over time but nothing is going up stays at I believe 1279
Why if you don’t tribute right away you get kicked out that makes no sense when at times Tri peaks has different events going on & to me that’s contributing maybe I’m wrong please can someone answer these questions thank you take care and enjoy
I don’t understand your first question, but I can answer the volcano one. Once the volcano explodes the team loses all the benefits of the perks. So teams obviously don’t want to get to that point. The playing of tributes levels (when the tributes are uncovered) cools the volcano down. The playing of regular levels HEATS the volcano. So if everyone else is cooling the volcano while it’s hot and you are not, you are directly going against your team! Which is the reason why you are getting kicked out, if you are.

Oh about the purple jewels I receive them but it’s not showing increase for example it’s said I have 1279 of them approximately but for the last while or so I’ll earn say 2 free gems but it remains at 1279 instead of reading 1281 I should have more by now just curious thanks again for your help
If you’re earning gems (or anything else) and your count doesn’t go up, you should put in a ticket for lost items. You would need to do that from within the game by clicking on the menu (profile pic) and then the help button.

I cant tell you how many times I’ve put in a loss ticket for purchases and lost coins and not paid coins and just about all of the above and they never ever Never ever NEVER do anything about it yes they’ll exchange emails with you however they never ever never pay you back and did I mention never lol
Yikes! That would be frustrating. I’ve only once not received my lost items. That particular time, the email I received showed me a list of items with date and time stamp of when I supposedly received them. I figured if their data showed I received it, then maybe I was wrong. Anyway, I haven’t had the never ever issue you’ve had, for that I’m grateful
